The Workspace Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your workspace's usage and performance. It displays key metrics, usage graphs, and detailed analytics by user and agent, helping you understand consumption patterns, optimize resource allocation, and make data-driven decisions.
An effective dashboard review helps you identify trends, control costs, and ensure your workspace resources are used efficiently. By regularly monitoring these metrics, you can anticipate needs, address issues proactively, and optimize your team's AI usage.
Overview
The Dashboard centralizes all workspace analytics in one place, giving you visibility into credit consumption, user activity, and agent performance.
What you can see:
Credit usage β Monitor remaining credits and daily consumption
User capacity β Track workspace enrollment vs. plan limits
Key metrics β Active users, AI agents used, total messages
Usage trends β Daily credit consumption over time
Agent analytics β Credit distribution across AI agents
User consumption β Individual member usage statistics
Agent performance β Detailed analytics for custom agents
Prerequisites
To access the dashboard:
Membership in a Swiftask workspace
Appropriate permissions based on your role
Note: All workspace members can view the dashboard. Data is filtered according to each user's permissions.
Accessing the dashboard
To view workspace analytics:
Click Dashboard in the left sidebar (graph icon)
You'll see the "Workspace dashboard" page
Route: /{workspaceId}/workspace/analytics

Understanding the interface
Page header
Title: "Workspace dashboard"
Period filters: Four buttons to select analysis period:
"last 7 days" β Last 7 days (selected by default)
"last 30 days" β Last 30 days
"last 3 months" β Last 3 months
"Custom" β Opens date picker for custom range
Custom date selector
When you choose "Custom":
Two date pickers appear
Select a start date
Select an end date
All dashboard data filters according to this period
Note: End date cannot be before start date.

Section 1: Remaining credits
Display
Title: "Remaining credits for the entire workspace (current month)"
Information shown:
Percentage: Displayed on right (e.g., "80.61%")
Details: "X.XM out of YM" (e.g., "22.6M out of 28M")
Progress bar: Visual bar showing percentage used
Functionality
Shows remaining credits for current month
Calculation: Credits used / Total available credits
Updates in real-time
Usage: Monitor credit consumption to avoid running out before month-end.

Section 2: User capacity indicator
Display
Horizontal bar with circular indicator showing:
Percentage: In a circle (e.g., "50%")
Message: "Your plan currently has X out of Y users enrolled, which means it is at Z% capacity. You can add W more users."
Functionality
Shows active users vs. plan limit
Color: Changes based on percentage (blue if < 100%, red if = 100%)
Link: If limit reached, "Upgrade plan" link is offered
Note: This section only appears for Enterprise plans.

Section 3: Key metrics cards
Three metric cards
1. Active users
Icon: Person
Value: Number of active users (e.g., "4")
Progress: Percentage change from last month (if available)
2. AI agents and AI used
Icon: Robot
Value: Number of AI agents used (e.g., "11")
Progress: Percentage change from last month (if available)
3. All users messages
Icon: Chat bubble
Value: Total number of messages (e.g., "55")
Progress: Percentage change from last month (if available)
Functionality
Values calculated according to selected period
Metrics update automatically
Progress indicators show trends

Section 4: Usage graphs
Graph 1: Usage by day
Title: "Usage by day"
Type: Line chart
Y-axis (vertical): Credit quantity used
Scale: 0 to 250K (or according to data)
Graduations: 50K, 100K, 150K, 200K, 250K
X-axis (horizontal): Dates
Shows dates from selected period
Example: "26 December" to "26 January" for 30 days
Line:
Blue line showing daily usage
Identifies usage peaks and valleys
Functionality:
Visualize daily usage trends
Identify high-consumption days

Which period should I use?
7 days: Short-term view and recent trends

Is the data real-time?
Data updates regularly but may have a slight delay (a few minutes) for processing.
Can I export all users?
Yes, use the "Export" button in the "User consumption" table. All visible data is exported.
What does the warning icon on agents mean?
The warning icon may indicate an issue with the agent, required attention, or special status. Check agent details for more information.
Why don't some agents appear in the graph?
Agents with very low usage may be grouped in "Other(s)" to improve graph readability.
Do metrics include all members?
Yes, metrics include all active workspace members for the selected period.
Can I see historical data beyond 3 months?
Use the "Custom" filter to select any historical period. Availability depends on your workspace's data retention.
How often should I check the dashboard?
