Overview

Creating slides in Swiftask is simple: you describe what you want, and AI generates a complete presentation for you. Instead of building slides manually, you focus on your message while Swiftask handles the design, structure, and content generation.

Artifacts are interactive outputs—you can view them, iterate on them with AI feedback, and share them with your team. Whether you need a marketing pitch, product overview, or training deck, you can create it in minutes.


Prerequisites

To create slides, you need:

  • A Swiftask account (sign up at swiftask.ai)

  • Access to a workspace (you can create your own or join an existing one)

  • Access to the Artifacts feature (available to all Swiftask users)


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the artifacts section

Click Artifacts in the left sidebar. This takes you to your Artifacts library.

2. Click "Create New Slide"

In the Artifacts section, look for the "Create new slide" button. This button opens the slide creation interface where you can describe your presentation.

3. Describe your presentation

A chat window opens where you can talk to AI. Describe what you want your presentation to cover.

Be specific about:

  • Topic: What is the presentation about?

  • Number of slides: How many slides do you need?

  • Audience: Who will see it?

  • Key points: What should each slide cover?

Example prompt:

"Create a modern and professional presentation (5 slides) about digital marketing. Include a title slide, key channels, strategy tips, analytics, and a conclusion slide."

Type your description and press Enter.

4. AI Generates your slides

Swiftask uses AI to create your presentation. You'll see the AI working through the process in the chat—it may create slides one by one, adding content as it goes.

As shown in the image below, the chat panel on the left displays your request . On the right side, you'll see a live preview of your presentation slides as they're created.

Practical use cases

Marketing pitch: Describe your product and target market. AI creates a pitch deck with visuals and key talking points.

Team training: Request a training presentation on a specific topic. AI structures it with learning objectives, key concepts, and a summary.

Executive summary: Ask for a high-level overview of a project or initiative. AI creates a concise, professional deck.

Product launch: Describe your new feature or product. AI generates a launch presentation with benefits, features, and next steps.


What happens next

Once your slides are created, you can:

  • Present directly in Swiftask – Click the present icon button to display your slides in full-screen presentation mode. Navigate through slides and present to your audience without leaving Swiftask.

  • Edit slides manually – Click the edit icon button to modify directly on any slide element (text, layouts, placement) . Make quick adjustments without needing AI assistance.

  • Edit or iterate – Ask AI to modify specific slides, add content, or change the design (covered in deeper documentation)

  • Share – Share the presentation with teammates or export it as a PDF

  • Organize – Save it to a collection for easy access later
