API access to read and update an agent's prompt (CI/CD integration)

Problem: An agent's prompt can only be edited manually in the Swiftask UI. When prompts are stored in a Git repository, the repo version and the Swiftask version can't be kept in sync automatically.

Requested feature: An API endpoint to manage an agent's instructions:

• GET the current prompt and its version history

• PUT/POST a new prompt, which creates a new version in Swiftask

• Optional version label (e.g. Git commit SHA)

• Optional rollback to a previous version

Use case: A CI/CD pipeline pushes the prompt to Swiftask on merge, so Git stays the single source of truth and stays aligned with Swiftask versioning.
