Reliability issues in conversations: responses not displaying, disappearing messages, slowness

I regularly run into several reliability issues in the chat interface that affect daily use. Reporting them together as they may share a common cause.

1. Responses not displayed until page refresh
The conversation keeps loading indefinitely with no answer shown. After refreshing the page, the full response appears in the chat. This suggests the response is correctly generated server-side, but the live connection (streaming) drops without the interface detecting it.

2. Messages jumping or disappearing
Messages sometimes jump position or disappear from the conversation without any user action.

3. Slowness on some requests
Some requests take significantly longer than expected.
