Don't waste credits on failed uploads anymore

When you upload a document to an agent and it fails to respond or encounters an error, your credits remain intact. Previously, you'd lose credits even if the agent couldn't process your request. Now, credits are only deducted when the agent successfully responds, not on failed uploads or errors.

What changed:

  • Credits are no longer deducted if the agent fails to respond after a file upload

  • Credits are no longer deducted if an error occurs after the upload

  • Available on all plans (Pro, Team Starter, Team Growth, and Tailored)

How to test it:

  1. Upload a document to an agent

  2. Wait for the agent to fail or return an error

  3. Check your credit balance in Settings β†’ Workspace β†’ Credits, it remains unchanged
