Get familiar with Swiftask in minutes. This quick tour walks you through the main navigation and key areas of the interface so you can find what you need and start working efficiently.
Overview
Swiftask's interface is designed for quick access to all features. Everything is organized in the left sidebar, with a powerful search function and dedicated workspaces for Chat, Agents, Knowledge, Artifacts, Meetings, and Projects.
This guide gives you a brief overview of each section so you know where to go for specific tasks.
Prerequisites
To follow this tour, you need:
A Swiftask account (sign up at swiftask.ai)
Once logged in, you're ready to explore the interface.
Interface tour
1. Left sidebar
The left sidebar is your main navigation hub. It gives you one-click access to all Swiftask features.

What you'll find here:
Search β Quick access to the search function
Chat β Start conversations with AI models
Agents β Browse, create, and manage AI agents
Knowledge β Store and organize documents and data sources
Artifacts β Create presentations, web pages, and documents
Meetings β Record, transcribe, and manage meetings
Projects β Collaborate with teams and AI agents on shared work
At the bottom of the sidebar:
Credit usage indicator (e.g., "7.5M" credits remaining)
Help icon β Access support and documentation
Settings icon β Manage workspace and account settings
2. Search
The search function lets you quickly find data sources, agents, projects, and tasks across your workspace.

How it works:
Click the search icon or "Search" in the sidebar
Type your query in the search field
Filter results by category: Data sources, Agents, Projects, or Tasks
Click any result to open it directly
3. Chat
Chat is your gateway to AI. It's where you interact with multiple AI models, attach files, invoke agents, and generate content.
When you log in to Swiftask, you're automatically taken to the Chat screen. You're ready to start your first conversation immediately.

Key elements:
AI model selector β Choose which AI model to use (Swiftask, GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
Prompts dropdown β Access saved prompts and templates
Input field β Type your message or question
Mode buttons β Switch between Chat, Image, Web, and Audio modes
Toolbar icons β Attach files, use voice input, add knowledge sources, and more
4. Agents
The Agents section is where you create, browse, and manage custom AI agents for specific tasks.

What you'll see:
All agents β View all available agents in your workspace
Personal β Agents you've created or customized
Shared with me β Agents shared by other team members
Collections β Organize agents by category (e.g., Commercial, Marketing)
Toolbox β Access automations and skills
Create an agent button β Build a new agent from scratch or template
Each agent card shows:
Agent name and description
Avatar or icon
Discuss button β Start a conversation with the agent
5. Knowledge
Knowledge is your centralized repository for documents, files, web content, and data sources that your AI agents and team can access.

What you'll find:
Files β Documents uploaded directly to Swiftask
Web content β Imported web pages and sites
Shared with me β Knowledge sources shared by teammates
Discuss with knowledge β Chat with AI about your documents
Create a document button β Write notes and documents directly in Swiftask
Importer button β Import files from your computer or cloud connectors (Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox)
Knowledge is organized in:
Folders (e.g., "MARKETING")
Individual documents (e.g., "PARTNERS", "SWIFTASK_PRODUCT_FEATURE")
6. Artifacts
Artifacts is where you create and manage AI-generated content like presentations, web pages, and documents.

Key features:
Create a new presentation β Generate professional slides with AI
Create a new web page β Build interactive web pages and applications
All the artifacts β View all your created content
Personnel β Your personal artifacts
Collections β Organize artifacts by project or category
Each artifact shows:
Preview thumbnail
Title and creation date
Filter by type: All, Slides, or Page web
7. Meetings
Meetings is where you record, transcribe, and manage all your meeting recordings with AI assistance.

What you'll see:
All meetings β Complete list of recorded meetings
Personal meetings β Your individual recordings
Shared meetings β Meetings shared with your team
Collections β Organize meetings by project or category (e.g., "USE CASE", "SWIFTASK PRESENTATION", "WEBINAR 2025")
Download button β Export meeting transcripts and recordings
Each meeting entry shows:
Meeting title
Date and time
Initiator name
Duration (e.g., "00:20:47")
Filter options:
All, Today, This week, This month
8. Projects
Projects brings together humans, AI agents, and tasks in a shared collaborative workspace.

Key concepts:
Projects β Organize work around specific goals
Memory β Projects maintain context and history
Agent IA β Assign AI agents to projects
Tasks β Break down work and delegate to team members or AI
Team β Collaborate with human teammates
What you can do:
Organizing AI chats β Structure conversations with AI agents around specific tasks
