The Meeting feature of Swiftask, assisted by AI, will change the way you meet.

What is the Meeting feature?

It is much more than just a voice recorder. It is a complete ecosystem that merges a secure desktop application with the power of AI to transform your spoken discussions into structured documents. It captures audio, transcribes it faithfully, and, most importantly, analyzes the content to extract value (decisions, tasks, reports) without you having to lift a finger.

How to use it on Swiftask?

Step 1: Set the Stage (Onboarding) As shown on the home screen, using this feature requires the "desktop companion."

  • Click the Download button from the web interface.

  • Install the application on Windows or macOS.

  • Ensure that the prerequisites are met: a functional microphone, access permissions, and a stable internet connection.

Step 2: Configure Your Session Once ready, click the Start Now button (or the "+" in the Meeting menu). A configuration window will open:

  • Choose Your Assistant: Select the appropriate AI (default is "Swiftask").

  • Options: You can set this assistant as the default to save time in the future.

  • Verification: An indicator confirms the cost/credit for audio transcription (e.g., 2750/minute).

Step 3: Launch and Let It Work Click on Start Meeting. The desktop application takes over for secure recording. Focus on your conversation while Swiftask handles the capture.

In this interface, you can:

  • View the Transcription: See the real-time status of the transcription.

  • Access Quick Commands: Summarize the meeting, extract actions, identify decisions, generate reports, and much more.
