Subscription Overview

Accessing Subscription Management

  1. Log in to your Swiftask account

  2. Click on your workspace in the sidebar

  3. Go to the "Subscription" tab

You'll see three main sections:

  • Overview: Current plan summary

  • Billing: Payment history and billing

  • Settings: Settings and cancellation

Main Plans:

  • PRO: Individual plan

  • TEAM STARTER: Small teams

  • TEAM GROWTH: Growing teams

  • ENTERPRISE: Custom solutions for large organizations - Contact sales

Billing Cycles

  • Monthly: Pay each month

  • Annual: Annual payment with discount (save up to 25%)

Billed Items

  • Active Users: Number of users in your workspace

  • AI Credits: Usage of AI features

  • Extra Users: additionnal user(s) beyond current plan limit

  • Extra Credits: additionnal credit beyond current plan limit


Free Trial - How It Works

Starting a Free Trial

  1. Choose a paid plan from the pricing page

  2. You'll automatically get a 7-day free trial

  3. Full access to all plan features

During Trial

  • Trial Badge: Green indicator appears on your dashboard

  • Days Remaining: Counter visible in subscription overview

  • Full Access: All features available

Confirming Your Trial

When your trial expires, you'll see a "Confirm Free Trial" section:

  • Continue: Your card will be charged and subscription continues

  • Cancel: Subscription ends without charges

Important: You can cancel your trial anytime without being charged

Canceling During Trial

  1. Go to Subscription > Overview

  2. In the "Confirm Free Trial" section, click "Cancel"

  3. Confirm cancellation

  4. Your subscription remains active until trial end


Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrade Methods

From "Upgrade" Buttons

You'll see "Upgrade" buttons in the app when:

  • You reach your current plan limits

  • New features become available

From Subscription Page

  1. Go to Subscription > Overview

  2. Click "Change Plan"

  3. Select desired new plan

  4. Customize (users, credits)

  5. Confirm payment

Switching to Annual Billing

If you're on monthly plan, you may see "Switch to Yearly Billing" section:

  • Save up to 25% on annual pricing

  • Savings comparison displayed

  • Instant change without interruption

Upgrade Process

  1. Selection: Choose new plan

  2. Customization: Adjust user count and credits

  3. Payment: Enter payment information

  4. Confirmation: Immediate activation

  • Current Balance: Remaining credits

  • Usage Analytics: Real-time tracking by user, Agent and AI provider

Updating Payment Information

  1. In Subscription > Overview

  2. "Payment Method" section

  3. Click "Update" next to your card

  4. Or use Stripe customer portal

  • Expired Card: Update immediately

  • Insufficient Funds: Check bank balance

Canceling Your Subscription
