The knowledge base serves as an external data source—files, websites, links, and more—that can be integrated into the agent to ensure responses are properly framed and accurate in the desired field. Swiftask offers various data connectors—for example, to handle Excel, CSV, or PDF files, as well as web page URLs (including YouTube links)—providing versatile ways to enrich the agent's information.

Get started with Knowledge base:

1- Click on “Agents”

2- “Data”

3- “Import data”

4- Choose the data connector you need
