Create a new skill

To create a new skill in Swiftask, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the “Agents” section.

2. Select “Skills.”

3. Click on “Create skills.”

4. Choose one of the available skills from the library.

5. Fill out the form corresponding to the selected data connector.
