To attach your knowledge base to your agent, follow these steps:
Create your agent.
Once on the General Settings interface, click on Create or Attach Data.
Choose one of the following options:
Create new data: if you want to use a knowledge base that has not yet been created.
Attach existing data: if the knowledge base has already been created before.
Check the box corresponding to the knowledge base you wish to integrate.
Finalize the association by following the on-screen instructions.
This way, you can effectively link your knowledge base to your agent, thereby enhancing its capabilities and performance.
