Create an automation

Here are the steps to follow to create an Automation in Swiftask:

Go to the "Automations" section.

Select "Create automation".

Give a title for the automation

Select the Responsible Agent

Give instructions to the Agent

Select the frequency of the automation

Select the time of the day

Select the number of repetition

Select the timezone

Select Start date and End date
