1. Name (Required)

  • Enter a name for your data source in the text box

  • This helps you identify your SharePoint content later

  • The placeholder shows "My SharePoint" as an example

2. Connect to SharePoint

  • You have two options to connect:

Option A: Choose from SharePoint

  • Click the "Choose from SharePoint" button (left side)

  • This will let you browse and select specific folders or files from SharePoint

  • Use this if you want to pick specific items

Option B: Connect to SharePoint

  • Click the "Connect to SharePoint" button (right side)

  • This will establish a connection to your SharePoint site

3. Review Cost Warning

  • ⚠️ Important: Check the yellow warning box

  • Data import costs 500 tokens per page

  • This is the same cost as PDF processing
