FAQ
What is a Swiftask credit?
Swiftask credits, often referred to as tokens, represent a unique credit system that allows users to access all the AI assistants available on the platform.
How are Swiftask Token credits calculated for different AI models?
The calculation of Swiftask Token credits used per query depends on the specific AI model used. Here are some examples:
Claude 3 Haiku:
Credits are calculated based on the number of words processed.
For example, 1 word may cost 2 Swiftask Tokens.
So, if a user generates 100 words (Input + Output) with the Claude 3 Haiku AI, the total cost would be 100 words x 2 Swiftask Tokens/word = 200 Swiftask Tokens.
AudioIA (Audio Transcription):
Credits are calculated based on the duration of the audio file.
For example, 1 minute of audio transcription may cost 2,500 Swiftask Tokens.
So, if a user wants to transcribe a 10-minute audio file, the total cost would be 10 minutes x 2,500 Swiftask Tokens/minute = 25,000 Swiftask Tokens.
GPT-4:
Credits are calculated based on the number of words processed.
For example, 1 word may cost 10 Swiftask Tokens.
So, if a user generates 100 words (Input + Output) with GPT-4, the total cost would be 100 words x 10 Swiftask Tokens/word = 1,000 Swiftask Tokens.
