Overview
The changelog provides a chronological audit trail of all configuration updates, skill integrations, and knowledge source changes made to an AI agent.
Use this feature to maintain full visibility over agent modifications, identify when settings were altered, and verify which team member made specific adjustments.
Prerequisites
A Workspace Owner or Workspace Admin role in Swiftask.
At least one existing custom agent in your workspace.
Step-by-step guide
Open your agent list and select the agent you want to inspect.
In the left navigation menu, expand the Observability section and click Changelog.

Review the audit history table. Each log entry includes the following details:
ID: The unique numerical identifier for the event entry.
Action: The description of the change, such as adding skills, updating data sources, modifying widget appearance, or editing agent configurations.
User: The name of the workspace owner or admin who executed the change.
Timestamp: The date and time when the action occurred.

Click the Refresh button in the top right to retrieve the latest activity logs without reloading the entire page.
Practical use cases
Diagnose sudden behavior changes: Identify recent modifications to prompts, skills, or data sources when an agent responds differently than expected.
Track collaborative edits: Maintain awareness of updates made by other administrators when multiple team members configure the same agent.
Compliance and change control: Maintain an accurate historical record of configuration adjustments for governance and internal security audits.
Tips & best practices
Refresh during active maintenance: Click Refresh regularly when multiple administrators are updating the agent simultaneously.
Correlate with conversation traces: Compare changelog timestamps against user session timestamps to evaluate how specific updates influenced performance.
Troubleshooting
Changelog option is not visible in the menu: Ensure you are logged in with an Owner or Admin account. Standard members cannot access agent audit logs.
Recent updates do not display immediately: Click the Refresh button in the top-right corner of the table to load newly recorded events.
